Day 2 of 30 day Challenge

WEIGHT: 152.8

     I stuck with my breakfast and lunch.  I made an Arbonne protein shake with a scoop of peanut butter.  I thought it would make it taste really good...and it did; but, it also made it a lot thicker.  I was not a huge fan of the thickness, so I either need to find a way to thin it out or I will have to stick with just the plain chocolate. 

    I did cheat a tiny bit at dinner.  We had Chick-fil-A because I had a softball game to work.  I did get 8 nuggets; BUT, instead of fries, I got fruit!!!!  Score one for moving in the right direction!!!!

   I also am trying to get my whole family to eat healthier.  I have been trying to find healthier recipes that still taste good. I found a recipe for  whole wheat pancakes.  It was REALLY good!  Credit to 100 Days of Real Food!   She has some excellent recipes!!!  She also has a recipe for Fruit Smoothies that the girls LOVED!!!!!  I added a scoop of Arbonne Fiber Boost to it also!  They gobbled it up!!!!
SO PROUD!!!! :)  Eating healthy can taste good! :)
