Day 1 of 30 Day Challenge: Let's Get This Started

I did a great job sticking to the plan today :) I had a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. (I have tried having a protein shake for breakfast and lunch before, and would end up starving!!! But, it's not like that with these shakes...They keep me full until the next meal. I am thoroughly impressed!) I took my vitamins, etc. also. I feel good when I stick with the plan; but, when something go wrong, or something like that...it is so much easier to just go through a drive thru. But, I am sticking with the plan! I don't want to pass on bad eating habits to Chrissly. I want her to learn good eating habits from the get-go. I also want to be able to have another baby soon; but, I don't want all the health complications I had last time because of my weight. I also have problems with "pains" in my body that I know would not exist if I was healthier.
