Day 3 of 30 Day Challenge

WEIGHT: 150.4


Protein shake for breakfast and lunch.  I was bad for supper.  I don't know why, but I feel like I was good for breakfast and lunch so I feel that I should reward myself.  SO NOT TRUE!!!!  All that does is destroy the hard work I did all day!  Grrrr...It's good that I am "Journaling" about it though, because now I can sit down and think about it and think about change and what I need to do differently.  I know I already thought about change; but, it will be in the back of my head tomorrow when deciding on supper.  I can do this!  I WANT to be healthy from the inside out!  I WANT to show myself and others that I CAN do this!!!!  Baby step backwards, but imperfect progress forward...I could have eaten bad all day, but I did not.  I will do better tomorrow!!!!!!
